Engineering Managers LLC was founded in Doha in 2009 to close the gap between elegant design and buildable reality.
Our Story
We started as a six-person structural consultancy working out of a single office in West Bay. Our first clients came to us because drawings issued elsewhere were failing on site — details that could not be poured, services that could not be routed, programmes that ignored how a building actually goes up.
Sixteen years later, EM LLC employs more than eighty engineers, inspectors and project managers across structural, MEP, infrastructure and construction supervision. We still run every discipline in-house, because coordination has to happen in the office — not argued about on site.
